Many folks, and often LGBTQ+ folks, have a complex relationship to spirituality or religion. Many may have even had traumatic or rejecting experiences that have left them cut off from any form of spirituality. We are interested in supporting you in healing from religious wounding, deciding if spirituality or religion is right for you in any way, and finding meaning or purpose that feels genuine to you.

We understand and celebrate human neurodiversity. Many of our clients identify as neurodivergent in various ways, including being Autistic, ADHDers, living with PTSD, high sensitivity, and being high-performing or "gifted," among other forms of neurodivergence. These traits are gifts that enrich the world, though they can also pose challenges when interacting with neurotypical systems. We recognize this and are committed to supporting and empowering you in navigating life, helping you thrive in your unique way.
