True Essence Therapy Contract Position

Seeking a fully licensed LPC or LCSW, licensed in Colorado. Preferably with Somatic Therapy, Art Therapy, EMDR, IFS training, or similar embodied experiential trainings. Okay if in training or beginning. Training stipend is also offered to those who have joined the practice.

The mission of True Essence Therapy is to support clients to align with their vitality, heart, and truth in order to enjoy thriving lives & relationships. We use somatic & art processing, an affirming therapeutic approach, and embodied contemplative practices to support our clients in building self-esteem, recovering from trauma, having healthy relationships, and thriving in their lives.

The practice is open to clients & clinicians of all sexualities/genders, though I am seeking clinicians who are affirming & versed with LGBTQ+ clients and specialize/are training in alternative types of therapy, such somatic psychotherapy, art psychotherapy, EMDR, transpersonal counseling, or other integrative approaches. There is intention of creating a healthy, close, team environment and placing a high value on a healthy work-life balance and low burn out.

This position is great for clinicians wanting to transition out of a clinic or agency setting into private practice or who want the support of an established practice/mentorship. Also, for clinicians who want an affirming work environment for their own LGBTQ+ identities & to give back to the community while making an income. Lived experience as an LGBTQ+ clinician is helpful but not required. You will learn how to function successfully in a private practice, have a stable job without the extra admin or marketing work and/or I will support you in learning to eventually launch your own practice if you would like.

This is an independent contractor position within a private practice beginning this fall/winter. You can choose how large you want your caseload to be/how much money you would like to make. Your income will increase over time with the practice. Depending on the size of your caseload- you could make anywhere from $60-100K per year, or $90-110 per clinical hour.

There is a lot of flexibility and growth opportunity within this practice. You can excel beyond a great 6 figure psychotherapy position into a self-created position. Or, you can stay connected to a supportive team and practice. I love to see clinicians thrive and grow into the work that energizes them.

This position is currently fully remote.
